About
LAS TRAMPAS - Build your community by exploring along Bollinger Creek in search of aquatic macroinvertebrates and discover how they can be bioindicators of water quality and ecosystem health. Gain knowledge of creek critters from insects to larvae while highlighting women in science. Adults, 18 plus years of age. Program will follow a portion of Bollinger Creek Trail in Las Trampas with distance range of .5-to-one-mile round trip along narrow dirt trail to creek access. Materials participants need to bring to the program: bring drinking water, close-toed shoes, dress in layers, wear sun protection.
