Business Owner Class: Entity Structures
About
The business entity can affect your taxes, personal liability, and the way your business grows. In this class, we will review the main type of business entities – sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, LLPs, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations. The upsides and downsides of each will be discussed. You will also learn about liability protection, taxation, management structure, and administrative requirements. This class will help business owners make more informed decisions when forming or restructuring their businesses. Presented by Bill Oakes & Mel Weisblatt of SV SCORE.
