Enjoy Jazz music at the Centerville Library! Everyone is invited to experience jazz trumpet extraordinaire, Dave Rocha, live and in person at the Centerville Library. Dave Rocha has been performing with his jazz group for more than 20 years. He has played in a number of major cities, including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. His band plays an eclectic mix of jazz standards, “pop” tunes, and original compositions. This covers a wide variety of styles from up-tempo bebop, “modal” tunes, swing and blues, to Latin jazz, ballads and jazz waltz. Bring a blanket, chairs or cushions for seating- and sit back, relax and enjoy - Dave will be performing in our backyard patio. We at AC Library care about your privacy. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
