In partnership with SFRPD, the African American Shakespeare Company offers the Shake the Stage Hip-Hop Dance Class, a high‑energy program that builds confidence through movement and creativity. Students learn foundational hip-hop techniques, rhythm, musicality, freestyle, and choreography in a fun, supportive environment. Dancers strengthen coordination, performance skills, teamwork, and self-expression while exploring styles inspired by street dance and popular culture. Ideal for both beginners and experienced movers.
