About
Together, we will turn towards the generative practice of expressing ourselves through the creative process of keeping a visual journal. Through various exercises, we will till the soil needed for your ideas to take root, to return to, once they have bloomed for harvest. Through creating an intimate relationship with our sketchbook, we will embark on a devotion to ourselves and our art practices together. Drawing will become once again a process and play, instead of a product; a space for experimentation and play in community, with a practice you can take with you long after leaving the classroom.
