About
A great beginner gymnastics class teaching basic gymnastics skills, including movement exploration, balance, and coordination, and at the same time teaching agility and improving motor skills! Please bring a reusable water bottle. Participants should wear comfortable athletic attire such as a leotard, stretch pants, sweatpants, or shorts, along with closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be secured in a ponytail. Parents may stay for the first 10 minutes of the first class for announcements. Parents are invited to attend the final class for a presentation. If a class is canceled, the makeup session will be scheduled one week after the final class date.
