Share Your Journey with "Bookmark Stories"
About
Bookmark Stories is a community art project sponsored by Stanford School of Medicine that invites people to share their immigration journeys, whether their own or their family’s, through a simple, powerful medium: a bookmark. By writing or drawing on a small piece of paper, participants capture moments of transition, memory, and identity. Each contribution adds to a larger narrative of movement and belonging, reminding us that while every story is unique, the experience of transition connects us all. Your bookmark will join the community collection displayed at the Stanford Health Library, Hoover Pavilion (privacy and anonymity respected for all participants). https://www.bookmarkstories.org/ For accessibility accommodations (ex. ASL), please fill out the online form at sccld.org/accessibility 7+days prior to the event. If you need assistance with the form, speak with a staff member at your local library, call (408) 540-3945, or email us at ask@lib.sccgov.org.
