Each session focuses on a key dimension of inner development: 1) awareness of self 2) identity 3) power 4) time 5) motivation 6) rules and norms 7) persepctive-taking 8) attention Through guided teachings, reflective questions, and take-home practices, participants learn to see themselves and their relationships with greater clarity and compassion. This workshop is ideal for individuals navigating transition, seeking personal growth, or wanting to reconnect with their inner voice. SESSION 7 FOCUS — PERSPECTIVE-TAKING This session explores your ability to see situations, relationships, and challenges from multiple angles. Most of us begin by seeing the world primarily through our own lens. Over time, we grow more curious about how others experience the same situation, and eventually we become aware of the larger system that shapes everyone’s behavior. Perspective-taking expands empathy, reduces defensiveness, and deepens wisdom. Today’s reflections help you widen your understanding of what is really happening—inside you, between people, and within the broader context. No need to attend all workshops. Feel free to only come to those that interest you. Led by Shabnam Curtis, certified Integral Life Coach and published memoirist. www.shabnamcurtis.net
