Presenter: Amy Yang Certified Qigong Instructor International Neijin Qigong Academy Instruction will be in English and Mandarin Thursdays, August 6 through October 8, 2026 11am--12:30pm. Discover the restorative power of Qigong in this 90-minute group practice combines gentle movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and mindful focus to help reduce stress and increase vital energy. The exercises are simple, safe, and suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Shaolin Neijin Yizhichan (内劲一指禅) is a traditional Qigong system originating from the Southern Shaolin Temple in Fujian, China, with over 1,500 years of history. It is an effective practice for quickly enhancing internal energy and promoting spinal health. The method helps open the meridians, regulate qi and blood circulation, and restore balance between yin and yang, supporting overall physical and mental well-being, disease prevention, and longevity.
