Children's Fairyland in Oakland opens from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Songs, active rhymes and stories, then age‑appropriate toys playtime through 11:15 am; may be held outside the library, for ages 1–3.
Songs, books, and socializing for babies, followed by 30‑minute play time, at the Main Library Children’s Room, Oakland, for ages 1 and under and 3–12.
Chair yoga class on the Main Library’s first floor guides adults through flexibility, balance and meditation exercises led by certified instructor Bett Bollhoefer, for ages 18 and up.
