Empower all ages with confidence-building training. Techniques cover stretching, striking, grappling, and defense against weapons, promoting personal growth and safety in a supportive environment. An additional $40 Uniform/Safety Equipment Fee is due to the Instructor at the first class.
Join our exciting introductory gymnastics class for toddlers! In this class for 1.5-2.5y/o, enjoy a fun, social environment where parents guide children through basic skills, warm-ups, and circle time. One adult per child. Siblings cannot be accommodated.
