Through a playful series of tastings, discover why sweetness, bitterness, acidity, tannins and texture can make certain combinations surprisingly delicious, and others frighteningly wrong. Taste different wines alongside a selection of Halloween chocolates and candies, compare the combinations for yourself, and learn a few simple principles you can use at home long after Halloween is over. As always at Bonde, expect serious wine without the seriousness: an intimate group, plenty of tasting and conversation, and a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere where experimentation is encouraged, and questions are always welcome.
