*Virtual* Finding Stillness: Letting go of Anxiety through Meditation
About
Meditation offers a quiet refuge from the noise of anxious thoughts, helping you return to the present moment with greater ease. By stilling the mind and body, you create space between yourself and the worries that often feel overwhelming. This practice can soften the intensity of anxiety, improve emotional wellbeing and build a sense of inner calm. Even a few minutes a day can become a powerful tool for grounding, clarity, and resilience in the face of life’s uncertainties. There will be a chance to practice this technique.
